Vineet Laboratories Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on October 16, 2023 has approved the appointment of Mr. Satish Pandurang Samant as an Additional Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company effective October 16, 2023 for a period of 3 years. Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry Ph.D in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Asymmetric Induction. Experience: Total 37 years of experience in API Intermediaries, Pharma and Chemicals industry.
